What are you going to do when your bank closes. I have written on the Global economic situation for several years and am appalled by the seeming ignorance of the real situation as it presents itself that most Americans posses. Even many of my own readers who should know better are stuck in a state of denial. The current collapsing markets and folding of mortgage lenders and hedge funds coupled with the fact that investors are not able to get their money out of 'solvent' funds should tell you the reader that something very, very serious is occurring in the global economy. While Central Bankers and other financial officials are trying to calm the markets it is clear that there is very real concern that the entire Global Financial system is suffering from serious and perhaps terminal events. Things are very ugly and thankfully, even the major financial press is giving us a fairly decent look at just how bad things really are. That is the good news. The bad news is that things go downhill from here.
I do not write this to instill panic in anyone. But to prepare you for what is going to happen. Your bank may one day, in the not too distant future close down or may begin to hold deposits for weeks or even months on end. Gasoline prices will probably begin heading upwards significantly as the dollar continues to fall on Global currency markets. It may not be so easy, one day soon, to get the basics at your grocery store. Please understand me here, I am not saying this is going to happen tomorrow, next week or even next month. But this system as it is currently organized is not going to survive in its current form for much longer. Things are going to change and those changes will not bring economic prosperity to Americans.
What the average Joe must understand is that this system, especially here in America is not honest. It is essentially a criminal enterprise, a ponzi scheme and a house of fraud that has just about run its course. Those who get rich on Wall Street are those who defraud others. Look at our current Treasury Secretary. He made millions from Enron and his boss President Bush, wants to protect the rich from investors. Yet this obvious fact is beyond the comprehension of most Americans. Look at the new 401(k) bill, it essentially forces you as an employee to put your hard earned money into this criminal enterprise and call it 'retirement funding'. Wall Street's big boys can steer clients to whatever investments are in their, not the potential retiree's, interest. Everyone is indemnified from any losses and fraud that may occur, thanks to Congress. The future pensioner is told to 'trust us'. Indeed this is the case with government employee's. They are forced to put their money into a very limited swath of investments, thus subsidizing Wall Street. Let me say this, it is most unlikely that anyone under the age of 60 will see a dime of that money. It will be stolen with the gleeful assistance of the Bush administration and the Congress.
Thank God that this criminal enterprise is singing its last tune. So get ready.
Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. What should you do? First and foremost is trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not to you own understanding. I do not know how this is all going to ultimately shake out, I can say that it behooves all of us to take stock and find out what God would have us do. However I cannot stress this enough, this does not entail worry, panic or complaint. If you really love Christ and walk with him, he will see you through the tough times. For those of you who rebelled, the coming trials may be your last chance to get your life in order before God gives you over.
There is also the real possibility of a terrorist attack on America to hide the systems bankruptcy and to usher in a New Order here in America. Be assured of this, Satan's plan is to have America fascist and there will be no freedom.
If you are reading this God wants you to listen. There is something very, very ugly happening in America and only a very few are able to put it all together. I go to a great many 'Christian' sites and what I find disturbs me. I know these sites are not listening to God but have set an idol in their hearts. That idol is America. I can go to sites that are supposedly for 'remnant' Christians and they turn out to be campaign fronts for Ron Paul. Now listen, I like Mr. Paul, but he is not going to save America. A look behind his Constitutional rhetoric tells me that he will destroy Social Security, food Stamps and his solution to our current fiscal crisis is to put millions of Americans on the street and not punish those who created this mess in the first place.
America has already been weighed in the balances and found most wanting. If the folks who ran these sites had really been listening to God they would spend less time on trying to Save America and more on getting peoples eyes open to what she really is and how they can save their own souls. As much as I love the America I grew up in, and the freedoms I enjoyed, the America that has taken her place (that exists now) is not favored by God, indeed, it a short while she will be accursed by him. There is too much blood on our hands, to many criminals who run her systems, to many evil men and women who populate her frontiers and its King, for those of you who have ears to hear, is Lucifer, the King of Babylon. I see so much error and a terrible lack of discernment from so many that I fear that they will be swayed in the future by movements that will try to 'restore' America to her former glory when we, as Christians should be about building the Kingdom of God, not rebuilding the Kingdom of Lucifer. So folks get this straight, belief in God is not going to save anyone. Putting your complete and total faith in Christ and his promises and submission to his Lordship will.
Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Many of you have gently chided me saying in essence, OK, I see what you are saying about our economy, so why hasn't it happened yet? I will tell you why. God is still on the Throne and he is not going to take this system down until he is ready to. Many Americans give to ministries overseas that preach the Gospel and help the poor. There are still many folks who give to the poor and God does not want to make their misery any worse. There are also saints who have been praying for God to delay in order to complete their work here for the Kingdom. The good deeds of a few have helped stave of God's judgment for a while. But these things will not hold back the wages America has earned for herself for much longer.
America's Judgment will be unlike any other nation in the history of man. It will be quick and horrible and there will be a call for God's people to come out of her. There is much debate about what this exactly means, the most extreme being that Christians must physically leave America. Others say that we are to 'spiritually leave' her deceptions lies and evil. Other say that this call refers to the Great City (see Rev 17:14-18.) and God's people are to leave it when the call goes forth.
What do I think? I think it refers to the Great City. When God's command goes forth, those who love Christ will know exactly what to do because God will guide us. If you do not love God, you won't believe the call when it is sent out anyway. Where is the great city? It is major world port, the Center of the Global economy of the worlds consumer nation and it is a place where a nascent World Government has its seat. Read and understand Revelation chapters 17 and 18.
Please understand. I am not saying the world economy is going to collapse within a set time period. I am saying that the process is well underway and is accelerating. While many people have tried to warn our leaders and present them with alternatives, no one is listening because those who are destroying the system are making too much money. In short, the destruction of America has become a profitable enterprise. Any attempt to save her with solid polices will be fought tooth and nail by the devil and his imps and those who the Devil controls through the system of Mammon.
I do want to make this point clear. America may enter a short period of 'Martial Law' and a genuine police state before it is all said and done. And I keep getting the distinct impression when I am in prayer that there will be some kind of serious unrest coming in America. As America turns her spy capabilities on the American people, one can see that the course is set. Those who have control over the American government now views its citizens as the enemy. These measures will not solve anything but will finally and irrevocably succeed in tearing the nation apart.
America's course is set, and she is heading right over the cliff and the mammon-ites have a gun to the Captians head threatening him against any change in course.
Prepare yourselves for the months ahead will bring some big changes. Indeed, more has happened in the past few weeks than most know.
In any event. Be ready, God loves his sheep and will not forsake us in our hour of need. I am living testament that God can and will sustain us if we do what he calls us to do, we may not be living in the 'lap of luxury,' but our needs will be met. Trust in God and do what he tells you to do.
Put your faith firmly and totally in Christ Jesus and you will have rest for your souls.
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
