8:June 2004: The entire affair with the 'assuie bloke' guy had the Internet jumping and I wanted to clarify some things. I have (and had) my doubts about this Aussie Bloke Guy, but the credentials this man has are exceptional. The real one has (appeared) to rebutt this and therefore I assume that he has NOT posted this information. However, too much effort went into this story and trying to enhance and then destroy its credibility... and the 'debunker's'... well and it turned out that the debunker's were fake. Brothers and sisters, I do not want to get trapped in the old trick and say the 'sky is falling' but felt remiss if I did not provide at least some kind of warning. Hence, I posted this as a heads up. However, there are far too many other strange things happening to dismiss this completely and I personally won't. Please check out Truinsight for more information. I am certain something big us up. I do not know what it is. A meteor impact seemed a little too far fetched to me at this time (see Revelation chapter 8). However, other things going on leads me to conclude there is more happening than meets the eye;

Update 8 June - Once again I will not give into fear mongering but to be forewarned is to be forearmed. There have been many rumors of things that may happen. I cannot say what it is.
I think that we have to look at the activity of the FED in light of a possible GSE (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) failure. The Fed has warned several times in unusually clear language that there is the real possibility of a 'systemic event' (crash) in the not too distant future. Indeed a report was issued by the US Government states in the clearest possible terms that this is very possible. By the way, someone in the issuing government agency was fired over this when it was issued. This report reads like a horror story. It is what the FED is referring to when issuing its dire warnings. The activity at the Chicago Board of Trade is indicative of foreknowledge of a sharp drop in the market in he weeks ahead, (just like the suspicious pre-911 trading).
The war drums continue to beat. China will conduct exercises near Taiwan. This is an old story, but when one considers the extreme overextension of US Forces today and the proposed reduction of US troops in that theater of operations (S. Korea) this is not good news. All US naval fleets are to be at sea (unprecedented since WWII). Will we see yet another war, another pre-emptive attack? I do not know, but given the instability that this administration has brought to the planet, it is very likely. Will it be used as a 'cover' and 'distractor' for a market crash and to sidetrack criminal investigations into the President? Your guess is as good as mine. But remember Clinton's launching of a cruise missile into a Sudanese Medicine Factory during his impeachment hearings and you get the idea...
The Russian Navy has deployed for exercises in the Baltic. Other Navies are to go to Perl Harbor for naval exercises. These exercises are part of PSI, a global interdiction effort that is designed to stop and interdict weapons transfers on the high seas.
The situation in Saudi Arabia and its political instability makes one wonder how much longer the puppet Saudi regime can remain in power. America will not let a radical government come to power. No matter what. If the situation becomes critical we will take military action to either shore up the Saudi monarchy or put in power elements friendly to Washington. Oil is a critical factor today. OPEC's promise to raise production rings hollow to many, as knowledgeable observers note that most OPEC nations are already operating at capacity. The next war will have oil as its central reason, despite all the talk of terrorism. Production in the world today is already running at or near capacity. Demand for oil keeps increasing. Someone is going to experience shortages. War will follow.

WASHINGTON (NNS) -- The Department of
Defense announced June 2 that this summer, simultaneous deployment of
seven aircraft carrier strike groups (CSGs) will demonstrate the
ability of the Navy to provide credible combat power across the globe
by operating in five theaters with other U.S., allied and coalition
military forces.
“Summer Pulse 04” will be the
Navy’s first exercise of its new operational construct, the
Fleet Response Plan (FRP). FRP is about new ways of operating,
training, manning, and maintaining the fleet that results in
increased force readiness and the ability to provide significant
combat power to the President in response to a national emergency or
crisis.
Beginning this week and continuing through August, the
Navy will exercise the full range of skills involved in
simultaneously deploying and employing carrier strike groups around
the world. Summer Pulse 04 will include
scheduled deployments,
surge operations, joint and international exercises, and other
advanced training and port visits.
Under the FRP construct,
the Navy can provide six CSGs in less than 30 days to support
contingency operations around the globe, and two more CSGs can be
ready in three months to reinforce or rotate with initially
responding forces, to continue presence operations in other parts of
the world, or to support military action in another crisis. Summer
Pulse 04 will exercise the logistics and shore infrastructure
necessary to execute a large scale surge operation, stress the
operational concepts in the Navy’s Sea Power 21 strategy, and
improve Navy interoperability with numerous allies and coalition
partners, as well as other U.S. military forces.
The seven
aircraft carriers involved in Summer Pulse 04 will include: the
Norfolk-based USS George Washington (CVN 73) CSG and the San
Diego-based USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) CSG, both currently
deployed, and Yokosuka, Japan-based USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). The
Mayport, Fla.-based USS John F Kennedy (CV 67) CSG will begin a
combined and joint exercise early this month, followed by a scheduled
overseas deployment. The Norfolk-based USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75)
CSG will conduct a scheduled training exercise followed by overseas
pulse operations with the Norfolk-based USS Enterprise (CVN 65) CSG,
beginning early this month. USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) will conduct
operations in the U.S. Northern Command and U.S. Southern Command
theaters during the ship’s interfleet transfer from Norfolk,
Va., to its Pacific Fleet homeport of San Diego.
The
near-simultaneous deployment of seven carrier strike groups provides
the Navy and the joint combatant commanders an opportunity to
exercise the FRP while maintaining the ability to respond to crises
around the globe, enhance regional security and relationships, meet
combatant commander requirements including forward presence, and
demonstrate a commitment to allies and coalition partners. Summer
Pulse 04 is scheduled to conclude in August.

There are ominous signs flooding the internet that our government has foreknowledge of a major attack or disaster set to occur toward the middle to end of June. The fact that Attorney General Ashcroft and FBI Director Mueller issued a high profile terrorist attack warning last week, without approval from either Homeland Security or the White House, may indicate they had insider knowledge of upcoming secret plans to stage another high profile attack on America. Let’s look at some of the evidence of forewarnings and their implications:
1) A department of a major corporation in the NYC area, with close ties to Tom Ridge, is issuing warnings to employees to expect "something big" in NY this summer. They are instructed not to ride the subways and trains during rush hour, and to avoid the tunnels.
2) The credit card fraud division of a major bank in the Western US received a visit from the Treasury Department warning them of a startling increase in credit card fraud that funnels large amounts of cash to certain individuals. This same pattern occurred 3 months prior to 9/11.
3) A ham radio operator recorded a sensitive transmission from a military radio net (code named Snowball) that was mistakenly transmitted in the clear: "Snowball Net, comm check. All stations, clock sync, (pause) impact at minus 146 days, 5 hours UTC. Standby for ACD link (Burst of digital data…)" Snowball was interrupted by "Burro," a member of the net: "Snowball, this is Burro. You are not secure…repeat not secure…go green…go green… (Bursts of white noise follow for approximately 3 minutes)." [White noise sounds like static, but is coded digital data.]
4) Robert McHugh of www.safehaven.com reports, "The Federal Reserve has confirmed our Stock Market Crash forecast by raising the Money Supply (M-3) by crisis proportions, up another 46.8 billion this past week. What awful calamity do they see? Something is up. This is unprecedented, unheard-of pre-catastrophe M-3 expansion. M-3 is up an amount that we've never seen before without a crisis - $155 billion over the past 4 weeks, a $2.0 trillion annualized pace, a 22.2 percent annualized rate of growth." The "money supply" consists of three figures. M-1 is money that can be spent immediately. It includes cash, checking accounts, and NOW accounts. M-2 consists of assets invested for the short term: money-market accounts and money-market mutual funds. M-3 consists of big institutional deposits and money movements: money-market funds and cross lending agreements among banks. A sudden rise in M-3 indicates large scale movements of money into major banks and investment houses to increase future liquidity in speculative option and money markets. The big questions is: Why would the Fed be pumping up the money supply if they're concerned about inflation and are having to raise interest rates to suppress the rise?
5) Certain individuals in the speculative markets also think something big is in the offing. The following commentary was posted on the Urbansurvival.com website: "I've seen something in the CBOE [Chicago Board of Exchange] put/call ratio over the past month that I've never seen before in nearly 10 years of following the markets. The put/call ratio has closed at 1.0 or higher on 13 of the past 22 trading days, stretching back to late April. There are two things unusual about this: First of all, I can't recall the put/call ratio closing over 1.0 for more than 3 or 4 days in any 1 month, even after the market reopened after September 11, 2001. Someone somewhere is buying a heck of a lot of bearish options contracts... and they have been loading up on them for the past month. This time, it doesn't appear to be the PUBLIC loading but instead, someone else... But whom? And why?"
6) An unprecedented total of seven aircraft carrier strike groups are being deployed simultaneously during June for "training/readiness" exercises. The official story is that all of these carrier groups are participating in Summer Pulse 04, through August, conducting joint exercises and international exercises with allies from the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. However, skeptics point out that this is strange given the heavy commitments of ships and forces in the Middle East, the dwindling spare parts inventory and the already scare fuel resources being consumed by our military forces. While most of the carriers are powered by nuclear energy, each strike group has 10-12 support and defensive ships that burn tons of diesel fuel.
7) China and Russia are planning major exercises during this same time period. China’s war games are aimed at "taking control of the Taiwan Strait," according to official sources, and will include some 18,000 troops, over a hundred ships, and amphibious landing craft. Taiwan is responding with live firing exercises in a show of force of its own.
8) Rev. Moon is leaving the US after 24 years. Moon is head of the Unification Church and owner of the slavishly pro-Bush Washington Times. He has long been suspected of fronting for the CIA and of using his news organizations to influence the right-wing conservative movement to accept globalists like Bush as one of their own. As a person with hidden influence in the US, his decision to go back to Korea in June dovetails with the other worrisome signs mentioned above.
9) Russian President Putin has announced he will stay away from the NATO summit meeting in Turkey this month—and will send a lower echelon diplomat instead. If a major conflict is in the offing, Putin will want to be back in Moscow directing his forces.
Analysis: None of these alone is particularly significant, and all of these events may not be related. But taken as a group, it appears as if something major is set to happen in June, and that some people in government have prior knowledge. Let’s look at the four major possibilities, separately and jointly:
1) High profile terrorist event. When another high profile event occurs, it will most likely target a broader area than the World Trade Center. According to INN news, "The goal of these operations would be to produce a worldwide shock several orders of magnitude greater than the original 9-11, with a view to stopping the collapse of the Bush administration, the Wall Street-centered financial structures, and the US-UK strategic position generally. The attacks would be attributed by US/UK intelligence to controlled patsy terrorist groups who would be linked by the media to countries like Iran, Syria, Cuba, or North Korea [thus, giving the US/UK an excuse to attack another country]."
a. This possibility is generally supported by local warnings in the NYC area, as well as the desperate need for the establishment to make good on their deteriorating credibility on terror warnings. However, Ashcroft’s warning was supposedly based on "no specific intelligence," and some of the actions currently being taken by government are far too specific for the government not to have more specific information. These actions—in particular, the military coded radio message—might also point to specific government foreknowledge of, or actual involvement in, an impending attack, as in 9/11.
2) Natural disaster from space. The intercepted radio message, assuming it was not a hoax, spoke of a specifically timed impact event calculated to occur on June 20 (near the summer solstice). Coincidentally, the 14th World Conference on Disaster Management will be held in Toronto on June 20-23, 2004. Some are speculating that NASA may know in advance of an asteroid strike or comet interaction with earth predicted to occur on that date. The Puget Sound area around Seattle is already experiencing increased meteor sightings--extra large ones--accompanied by loud explosions, for which no one has come up with any definitive explanation other than larger than normal meteors exploding in the atmosphere. According to the AP, "Witnesses along a 60-mile swath of the Puget Sound region from the Tacoma area to Whidbey Island and as far as 260 miles to the east said the sky lit up brilliantly, and many reported booms as if from one or more explosions."
a. This type of speculation is already reviving the large following of Planet X believers and the ZetaTalk forum idea that there is another planet in the solar system that threatens to cause a pole shift in the earth, leading to a major melting of the ice caps. Various of the time-date warnings this group has published have come and gone without effect, so this movement has been increasingly discredited. Much of it is based on New Age revelations as well, which are fraudulent.
b. Already hoaxes are appearing: "Associated Press editors were forced to retract an earlier report that a meteorite might have hit near Olympia, Wash., this morning after discovering that a source, one Bradley Hammermaster, claiming to be an astronomy professor, had perpetrated a hoax."
3) Major economic crash. This is a real possibility at any time given the shaky fundamentals underlying the government-manipulated recovery. The increased put/call ratio is particularly interesting given that there is no general public bearishness in the same markets. Most are hopeful of a recovery and are starting to get back into the markets. Insiders may know something different—hence the large distribution by the Fed of monetary instruments to the institutional side of the ledger (M-3). The Fed may also know that the rising interest rates will trigger numerous distresses in the real estate bubble, and may threaten the highly leveraged derivative positions of the major banks—hence the flood of cash, either to buy out distressed properties or to salvage derivative positions which may already be going south.
4) Foreknowledge of a major war move. Moving the majority of our naval task forces out to sea could be based on intelligence indicating that China is finally going to make its move on Taiwan—using the upcoming exercises as a ruse. This would be a potential trigger event for a pre-emptive nuclear attack on America by China and Russia—the real axis of evil. Both nations are preparing for such an attack eventually. Conversely, moving the American fleet could merely be intended to trigger a Chinese and Russia defensive reaction so that US satellites can gauge how these two would-be-predators would respond to the appearance of a US pre-emptive move.
Here are some other combinations of possibilities. The US may be planning on attacking another country in the aftermath of a coming terrorist attack, of which the US has more foreknowledge than they are letting on. Another move to war in today’s fragile economic condition could cause the markets to take a nose dive—hence the prior move to increase the money supply. The US could be using the fleets’ movements as a deterrent to Chinese mischief in the Straits of Taiwan as well.
Summary: Frankly, I’m not convinced that we are on the verge of WWIII, but there is a slight possibility of that extreme case. Make sure your preparations are in order as outlined in my previous briefings. I would be remiss not to encourage you to be watchful. More realistically, I do think the dark side of the US government is going to pull off something big in June, related to terrorism or the economy or both, so I’m issuing this general alert. I would avoid long distance travel away from home during June. It is highly probable that any of the above events will have major economic consequences, so increase your cash holdings now. Have enough cash on hand to pay a couple of months’ expenses. Do have enough food, water and fuel stored to last you at least a month. If you live in any of the major metro areas, prepare to implement a sealed safe room in case of localized chemical or biological attack. Although a terrorist attack would only affect a small portion of one or two cities (most likely Washington DC, NY, or LA) an over-reaction by Homeland Security in shutting down the transportation net is a real possibility, causing massive shortages and economic distress.
CIA DIRECTOR TENET RESIGNS
The Bush administration tried hard to spin George Tenet’s resignation as voluntary and for "personal reasons," just like that of Paul O’Neil. The public does not know, however, that no political appointee in any US administration starts work without submitting a formal letter of resignation to the president, so that they can be casually dismissed with "honor" at any time. Tenet’s time had come, though it was not because the White House was dissatisfied with his service—he did everything they asked him to do, include falsify the intelligence justifications for the Iraq invasion. Tenet was sacrificed to the critics of the Bush administration so that fellow Republicans could tell others that the President was correcting errors of the past (which is NOT true in any sense).
Former CIA analyst Ray McGovern offered this explanation, "It is pretty clear this resignation came for two reasons. The first is the failed policy in Iraq. The cry for accountability and resignations has reached a din here in Washington D.C. Things have gone from bad to worse, the White House was looking for a sacrificial lamb, and Tenet being the good soldier he is, took the fall….An ancillary reason is the Pat Roberts report coming out of the Senate Intelligence Committee next week. The report excoriates Tenet and the entire intelligence community for the failure to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. You need to remember that Roberts is the archetypal GOP stalwart. The whole name of the game now is to blame the intelligence community and protect the White House."
The new interim CIA director is rumored to be John E. McLaughlin, currently deputy director of the CIA. What is significant about McLaughlin’s appointment is that he has been involved in Eurasian/Russian issues since 1972. In September 1985, he became the deputy director of the Office of European Analysis, and in April 1989 he was appointed the director of European Analysis. Three months after the deceptive breakup of the Soviet Union, McLaughlin was appointed the director of Slavic and Eurasian Analysis. He held this position until mid-1995, concentrating on political, economic, and military issues in Russia and the 14 other new states that emerged from the U.S.S.R.
This means McLaughlin would have knowledge of and have been a part of the systematic covering for Russian war preparations—even today. I would expect such a specialist to take the helm leading up to the next world war, to make sure the Russian attack remains a surprise.
VENEZUELA: CHAVEZ CONTROLLED COURT STRIKES DOWN RECALL ELECTION
Setting the stage for major violence from opposition groups, the Chavez controlled Supreme Court arbitrarily ruled the voter referendum to recall Venezuela’s Communist president invalid. The Venezuelan opposition has disavowed the legitimacy of the ruling, as will the Organization of American States (OAS). Even the Left-leaning Carter Center will be forced to disavow the National Election Council’s manipulation of law to invalidate the recall. Carter’s group is expected to leave Venezuela in protest. I expect violent clashes this weekend between the anti-Communist opposition and forces loyal to Chavez. As usual, the US State Department is using funds from the National Endowment for Democracy to fund various groups within the opposition. The purpose of this funding is to be able to control the opposition should they be successful in ousting Chavez, making sure a globalist, semi-socialist government emerges to US liking: anything but a real libertarian free market solution.
COLLUSION IN THE SAUDI AL-KHOBAR ATTACKS
It appears that both US and Saudi governments have been implicated in the failure to retain the perpetrators of the terrorist attacks on the foreign residential compound in al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia Saturday where many hostages were taken. The standoff ended when Saudi Special Forces made a helicopter assault on the compound. Twenty-two people died and 25 others were seriously wounded during the 25 hour rampage. The casualties included eight Indians, three Filipinos, three Saudis, two Sri Lankans, an American, a Briton, an Italian, a Swede, a South African and a 10-year-old Egyptian. Saudi Arabia relies on six million foreign workers to run its oil industry.
Now, according to Australian news sources, the Saudi Special Forces discovered that the security forces in charge of the compound had negotiated with the terrorists, and allowed them to leave. This story was corroborated by Saudi police speaking on the condition of anonymity. One employee of the Oasis security compound said today that a hostage heard the gunmen shouting that they would release their captives if the security forces let them go. According to the AP, "A Saudi security official would not directly address whether the militants were allowed to escape. But he said: ‘Our main priority was the hostages, and those guys who ran away, we know how to find them.’" US officials became involved when word got out that hostages were taken. They advised that the terrorists be released in order to safeguard the hostages. This is suspicious and contrary to current US anti-terrorism policies.
Some analysts, eager to excuse the rising price of oil and gasoline, continue to insist that these terrorist attacks are responsible for the rise in prices. However, this is doubtful since this is such a small percentage of foreign workers in Saudi Arabia, and no actual oil infrastructure was attacked.
The Guardian offered a cogent analysis of the growing terrorist threat in Saudi Arabia, highlighting the suspicious ease at which these attacks are carried out in high security compounds: "The Saudi Arabian authorities made two pledges yesterday immediately after the conclusion of the terrorist attack in the eastern oil city of Khobar. The first, issued by the country's de facto ruler, Crown Prince Abdullah, was to eliminate the Islamic militants ‘with an iron fist.’ The second, delivered at an emergency meeting with Western oil executives, was to continue to ‘provide a reliable supply of oil to meet world energy demand.’ Whether the royal regime can deliver on the first promise is open to doubt, and the very fact that the second one needs to be made is a confession of uncertainty. The Khobar attack comes just under a month since a similar assault at Yanbu: in both cases, armed terrorists were able to emerge without prior detection in an area supposed to be under tight security, and to roam for some time with impunity before being contained. All this was still possible a year after Riyadh had ratcheted up its own ‘war on terror’ amid high publicity and must raise questions about the ability of its security services to gather reliable intelligence and take effective action." IRAQI GOVERNING COUNCIL SABOTAGES THE BRAHIMI MISSION
Here is an excellent synopsis by Jonathan Steel of the UK Guardian of the dramatic way in which the Iraqi governing council partially outwitted US attempts to totally manipulate the selection of the new interim government. "After a week of public clashes over who would get the main jobs of president and prime minister, Mr Brahimi's choices have been overruled in humiliating circumstances.
Hussain al-Shahristani, a nuclear scientist jailed by Saddam Hussein for 10 years, was due to get the prime minister's job. He was the ideal technocrat. A secular Shia whose criticisms of the Americans were close to those of the main Shia religious leader, Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, he had declined a post on the governing council last year on the grounds that it would be seen as a US puppet [not to mention that he feared assassination].
"Smarting at their imminent demise, leading members of the council revolted. They pre-empted Mr Brahimi's choice of prime minister by publicly announcing they had picked Ayad Allawi, a well-known exile politician with close links to the CIA and MI6. Mr Allawi was an ardent supporter of the US invasion and, according to the opinion polls, has almost no backing in Iraq. Mr Brahimi was said to be furious. Trying to be as diplomatic as possible, Fred Eckhard, the UN spokesman in New York, called the way the announcement had been made ‘a surprise.’
"The problem was that the Americans, after first agreeing to the idea of a technocratic government, had changed their minds. They accepted the complaints of their friends on the governing council that they could not all be shunted aside. The Americans were also afraid that genuine independents might call for a US troop pullout.
"So Washington dispatched Robert Blackwill, the national security council's Iraq specialist, to Baghdad to work closely with the chief administrator, Paul Bremer, shortly before Mr Brahimi returned. ‘First Blackwill watered down Brahimi's plan. Then the governing council deliberately sabotaged it. The council undermined Brahimi and the US didn't support him,’ said Toby Dodge, an Iraq expert at Warwick University.
"Choosing a president, a largely ceremonial job, turned into similar chaos, though this time the Americans did not get all their own way. They and Brahimi favoured Adnan Pachachi, a former foreign minister. But the governing council, with the bit between their teeth, went for Sheikh Ghazi al-Yawar. Unlike the Shahristani/Allawi contrast, there is little difference between the views of Mr Pachachi and Sheikh Ghazi. Both are Sunnis and secular nationalists who criticized the excessive use of US force in Falluja. Both want a time limit on the US troop presence, even if they do not call for immediate withdrawal.
"But Mr Brahimi and his favoured candidate Mr Pachachi were outsmarted, as governing council members spread the word in the Arab media that Mr Pachachi was a US puppet. Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, Iraq’s most influential Shiite cleric, gave his tacit approval to the new interim government. At the same time he urged it to demand that the Security Council give Iraq full sovereignty and erase all traces of the American occupation. Nevertheless, he added that the new interim government "lacks the legitimacy of elections and does not represent in an acceptable manner all segments of Iraqi society and political forces."
As additional proof that the interim Iraqi government will not be sovereign, Sec. of State Colin Powell repeatedly affirmed, "Iraq’s new interim government will have no veto over future military operations by American-led forces after the US-British occupation formally ends on June 30." So, if the forces are still there and Iraq has no power over them, how is the occupation ended?
DYNCORP INVOLVED IN CHALABI RAID
Australian investigative reporter Scott Shane has found out that the reason the US was able to distance itself from the raid on Chalabi’s home/office, saying it was an Iraqi operation, was because they hired DynCorp to do the dirty work. "Eight armed American contractors paid by a US State Department program went on the raid, directing and encouraging the Iraqi policemen who, witnesses say, ripped out computers, turned over furniture and smashed photographs. Some of the Americans helped themselves to baklava, apples and diet soda from Mr Chalabi's refrigerator, sitting in a garden outside to enjoy their looted snacks, according to members of Mr Chalabi's staff. The contractors work for DynCorp, a subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corporation and the company in charge of training and advising the Iraqi police on a State Department contract. A State Department official confirmed the DynCorp workers' presence during the raid."
UN RESOLUTION: DOUBTFUL PROMISES
The US and the UK are now offering a fixed time limit (as demanded by other members of the Security Council) for the removal of "foreign forces in Iraq." The US has added language stating that foreign forces will leave Iraq by January 2006. However, there is a wiggle clause added: "upon completion of the political process" to create a constitutionally elected Iraqi government. Obviously, if there is continued turmoil and more political assassinations of US puppet government leaders, the US can easily justify staying in order "to promote stability."
BOMBSHELL NEWS IN MARTHA STEWART CASE
Journalist Debbie Tuma writes, "In a surprising turn of events, a bombshell was dropped in the ongoing Martha Stewart case, when a US Secret Service agent was arrested last Friday and charged with two counts of perjury. The agent, forensic lab director Larry Stewart, an ink and counterfeiting expert (who has no relation to Martha Stewart), had told the jury in the March 5 trial that Martha Stewart’s broker, Peter Bacanovic, had altered a worksheet listing her holdings. Described as the nation’s leading expert on ink, Stewart allegedly lied about his role in examining a spreadsheet used in the insider trading of Martha Stewart and Bacanovic."
I’ve always suspected that Martha Stewart was selected for a take down, especially as we have seen how the government has allowed major government insiders like Enron’s Ken Lay to escape worse crimes without punishment. Martha Stewart was convicted on March 5 of lying to government investigators about her stock deal in ImClone Stock. Her lawyers are now preparing to petition the courts for a reversal of her conviction due to the false testimony of a government witness.
WHO’S RUNNING CHINA?
Mark Magnier of the LA Times made a true observation about China that all need to remember: "More than a year after Hu Jintao was named president and Wen Jiabao premier in modern China's first orderly transfer of power, many people wonder who’s in charge. The short answer, analysts say, is no one — at least not fully. Hu and Wen control the economy, social issues and most areas of foreign policy, while former President Jiang Zemin retains control over the military and most issues related to Taiwan and Hong Kong." Zemin, who supposedly stepped down, is the real power behind the cherubic pro-Western faces of Hu and Wen. They are out in front, in the post-Soviet tradition, to assuage Western concerns about China’s hidden ruthlessness.

I have no doubt that this message will be cross-posted, copied, pasted, and spread just as far and wide as my original "Monitors" message.
In less than 24 hours, you have all embraced an entirely fake post that offered NO corroborative evidence and NO verifiable proof of anything.
Like many of you, I was on the fence regarding Aussie Bloke, N&W, and even Lyros to some extent. Part of me remains convinced that an intelligent person, or group, can easily construct a plausible scenario that many people will believe in, simply because it SOUNDS good.
I could have left "The Monitors" (which, by the way, was taken from an old Space: Above and Beyond episode, for those of you who remember that awesome TV show), but I'm really not interested in sending people into mental institutions or home foreclosure, because they lost their minds over something they read on the internet.
This should clearly illustrate to you all that you NEED to improve your BS filters when you read something on the net. There are organized groups operating even now that will generate a hoax just for the bragging rights of doing it. If AB/N&W is a hoax, they are right now patting themselves on the backs and congratulating each other.
Honestly, I don't know if it's real, if any of it's real, but I had to throw "The Monitors" into the mix to prove a point that MANY other posters have been shouting at you ever since this began.
It took me all of 15 minutes to write the "Monitors" message. If someone REALLY wanted to do their homework, ask some questions, and take some notes, they could create a story that most of us would be hard-pressed to refute.
Sure, I upset a lot of people, but you guys needed a wake up call. STOP BELIEVING EVERYTHING YOU READ ON THE INTERNET. Yes, mainstream media often misses or intentionally buries news items, and sites like GLP can be valuable resources in finding news that falls through the holes, but stories like AB´s go beyond all that, and delve deeply into the realm of complete and utter internet hoax.
Just look at what the reactions to my message were. Some people refused to believe that AB could be anything but the gospel. Some people realized it was a hastily prepared scam. Some people saw it as a logical explanation that reinforced something they´d been thinking all along. In short, your reactions to my post were very much in line with your reactions to AB and the like.
I know you´ll all require proof that "The Monitors" message is a fake, and that I´m the one who did it. So, here goes.
BLIND SKIES is the proof - totally made it up on the spot, because it sounded good. AB kept saying look to the skies, but so many people weren´t seeing anything, so it sounded good. I googled it myself, and was surprised that the first hit actually had to do with asteroids. I laughed a little, but then included that part about COINCIDENCE as a result of my google experience. I picked it out of the blue, people, and it "hit" when searched on!
When I 'quoted' AB and said LOOK TO THE SKIES and INVESTIGATE FOR YOURSELF, I fully expected you to do web searches on BLIND SKIES, and quickly learn that it probably doesn´t exist, never has, never will. I was a little surprised that the anagram hunters didn't make an appearance (maybe they did and I missed it). Before I posted, I checked to make sure there´d be no "hits" on anagrams, and the closest I saw that you MIGHT latch onto was DISIN BS ELK.
I insinuated government "affiliation" ("The Monitors" never stated they WERE the government, yet many inferred that), because I knew that would add even more credibility. Many of you are convinced that TPTB are untrustworthy (and perhaps they are), so by adding that element, I insured that those disaffected people would likely get on board with my message.
Honestly and seriously, I don´t know if AB is telling the truth. Part of me wants to believe, and part of me just can´t accept it. I think the preponderance of evidence is against "him", thanks largely to the efforts of other posters on GLP who did the homework and dug for the truth.
Why are all the navies leaving port? I don´t know, but just because none of us know, it doesn´t mean AB is right. Whether you choose to believe it or not, coincidences DO happen.
In closing, I think you should read these articles on paranoia and conspiracy theory. I´ve seen them linked in a few other places, so now they're on GLP, where maybe they can do the most good.

And yes, I really AM a registered member who posts occasionally under a different name. And to those of you claiming that a ´law´ has been broken here, and those who would petition congress to ´do something´ about hoaxes, I think you should consult with a real lawyer and find out a few facts before you make yourselves look even more foolish. My contribution to the AB saga has been negligible, so I´m not really concerned about the thought police breaking down my door in the middle of the night to prosecute me for violating the PA. I just figured out that Grover's Mills, New Jersey is the same town in which aliens landed in Orson Welles' 1938 Martian radio broadcast.

Explanation: This June's rare and much heralded transit of Venus will feature our currently brilliant evening star in silhouette, as the inner planet glides across the face of the Sun. But on January 5, 2003 an even rarer transit took place. Titan, large moon of ringed gas giant Saturn, crossed in front of the Crab Nebula, a supernova remnant some 7,000 light-years away. During Titan's transit, the orbiting Chandra Observatory's x-ray detectors recorded the shadowing of cosmic x-rays generated by the Crab's amazing pulsar nebula, pictured above, in a situation analogous to a medical x-ray. The resulting image (inset at left) probes the extent of Titan's atmosphere. So, how rare was Titan's transit of the Crab? While Saturn itself passes within a few degrees of the Crab Nebula every 30 years, the next similar transit is reportedly due in 2267. And since the stellar explosion which gave birth to the Crab was seen in 1054, the 2003 Titan transit may have been the first to occur ... ever.

John makes some very valid points about the story. In addition to his comments, I'd like to add that no one I've ever known who is a doctor of science, would use the kind of high blood pressure language the Bloke used. This is another piece of fiction, right from the fiction writers in Maryland or Virginia to test public reaction to something quite terrible. The sickos strike again... As was said in the movie "Kelly's Heroes" by the character named "Oddball" [Donald Sutherland]: "Always with the negative waves Moriarity... ....always with the negative waves." That's Maryland.
Next week- perhaps we'll get to hear about aliens that just happen to closely resemble the goldfish-bowl-helmeted CGI aliens from "Mars Attacks !" will be landing in Washington. Just to clean up the bushwackers. One can only hope...stay tuned.
All one can say about Aussie Bloke...is that he may be "the turd that won't flush..." and keeps surfacing again and again....

OK then.....got some stuff stirred up. I thought that bit about the crab nebula would get the debunkers to identify themselves. It worked well. Just goes to show you how easily people are led in one direction or another. Serious astronomers know which debris cloud I am talking about and now I know we have some here. GREAT....now I can talk freely. Yes indeed...there IS a debris cloud passing through our solar system.
He did later confirm that he's talking about the Oort cloud (which does periodically send comets out to our neck of the woods).
I also picked up the "War of the Worlds" reference but Grover's Mills, NJ is part of the http://www.princeton-realty.com/westwindsormunicipal.html West Windsor Township and municipality. Also the person who wrote "June 2004... The Beginning of the End?" (which linked the Grover's Mills article) is not *supposed* to be the Aussie Bloke but an unidentified person reporting on what the Aussie Bloke wrote.
I admit I am concerned about this thread. If "Aussie Bloke" is impersonating this scientist in a "War of the Worlds" trick, then it goes beyond unfunny and straight into criminally sick & insane. I wonder if anyone has attempted to contact the scientist to find out if this person is an imposter?

Yes, but Oort's Cloud is not a debris cloud PASSING THROUGH the solar system. It's not really even a cloud as such, but a debris field, extremely thinly populated, orbiting our sun well beyond the orbits of Pluto/Neptune and Kuiper Belt. The regularly appearing asteroid Toutatis will make the closest approach of any known asteroid in history on Sept. 29, 2004, and that will miss us by a million miles. Asteroid 2004 BV18, a chunk about the size of a schoolbus, zipped past us in January at about 1.5 million miles, but had it been aimed for us, would have burned up in the atmosphere. 2002 EM7, the size of an 18-story building, sneaked past us undetected at 300,000 miles. No astronomical sites I know are talking about any Near Earth Object traffic at the present time.

Good work, John.
I just finished reading thru "Aussie Blokes" entire web rant and common sense tells me this is a big fraud.
This guy is far too verbose for someone who supposedly knows about a cataclysmic event on it's way to wipe out mankind.
His story goes on and on and on taunting and tantalizing his readers.
One of the first things I thought of when reading this WAS Orson Well's "War of the Worlds".
This guy also comes across as arrogant, condescending and without empathy for his listening audience (who by the way are all about to die!!).
The "Aussie Bloke" definitely has a story telling sociopathic personality disorder and thrives on having a large audience in the palm of his hand.
